What’s what? What is called for? When, Where, How?
The Tao is doing the right thing at the right time in the right place in the right way.
No thinking! How do we know what we know?
How do we sense what we sense? Feel what we feel? Drop into the silence and explore these questions. Experience our experience. How are we being drawn to respond to the moment? Ask “Yes?” or “NO?” about our inclination. How does our body answer?
Trusting the wisdom of our body is trusting the way of the Tao. Our body knows what the Tao knows. Not our head. When we follow the directions of our body day after day, the quality of our choices and of our life will improve day to day.
This does not mean we will get what we want! Living in the service of what we want sabotages the way of the Tao. Tao is serving what is called for, situation by situation. Not what is desired. Living in the service of what is called for is called “growing up.” We all grow up agains our will. In the service of what do we live?
