I hate–I despise–the way the United States Constitution has been circumvented in producing a country exactly opposite of the country the Founders imagined and fought to put in place.

Gerrymandering is throughly disgusting. Money buying votes. Congressional game-playing in serving the interests of wealth and power. Elected officials tending their own gains and avoiding their own losses at the expense of the good of the country as a whole or to the disadvantage of certain segments of the population, the poor and the people of color…

Oh, how I wish Liberty! Justice! Equality! Truth! were the REAL/FAIR pillars of Democracy and the way this country is governed!!!
