See what comes to the top.
Sitting quietly in a routine, regular way
gives our body a chance to commune with us.
When we learn to listen to our body and recognize our body’s ways of communicating with us,
we are in the place Gene Gendlin and Ann Weiser Cornell would have us be in their work on Focusing. Their ebooks, “Focusing” and “The Power of Focusing” are available on Amazon, and are excellent resources for reading our bodies, or we can just sit quietly and teach ourselves to know what our body is saying. However we choose to get there, following our body’s lead puts us in the flow of the Tao, which is identical with the natural impulse of our body through the situations and circumstances of our life.
