What It Is Really What It Is All About

The purpose of life comes down to being fully, deeply, completely alive in the time and place, the here, now, of our living. And how do we do that? By loving what we love! Looking closer at the things that catch our eye! Asking all of the questions that beg to be asked! Saying all of the things that cry out to be said! For all of this constitutes the mechanism by which we come to life in our life.

And the purpose of life comes down to being who we are, doing what is ours to do the way it needs to be done throughout our life and enjoying it fully, consciously, intentionally, and “stepping aside, allowing nature to take its course” (Tao Te Ching).

It is essential that we be enthusiastically, constantly, true to ourselves–to our loves, to our art, to our specialties, so that in seeing them we see ourselves reflected, expressed, to ourselves and to all those who know us. Living like this is the hope of the world, particularly if everyone begins living this way–not for wealth, or fame, or following, etc. but to be who we are, doing what is true to us, true of us, to the best of our ability every day, living as though it matters how we live whether it matters or not! Serving our intuition every day all our life long. May it be so of all of us!
