The following is an excerpt from my eBook on Kindle, “The Way of the Buddha”

“When we are at one with ourselves we are at one with our intuition–AND at one with the Buddha, AND at one with the Christ. Being at one with themselves is all they ever did!
“What are we doing when we are being just like us? That is what it is like to be the Buddha! The Christ! That is all it takes to be the Buddha/Christ!

“Just as no one can teah us how to be ourselves, so no one can teach us how to be the Buddha/Christ! We are the Buddha/Christ to the extent that we are being ourselves!

“Thus, the Buddha could say ‘Do not listen to ME! Listen to YOU!” And Jesus could say, “Why don’t you decide for yourselves what is right?’

“When we stop trying to be the Buddha/Christ, we become the Buddha/Christ simply by responding to the moment as we would respond to the moment ourselves, without thinking about it, or trying to be us, and just be us! This is incarnating the Buddha/Christ into our own life merely by being who we are.”

When I communw with my statue of the seated Buddha, his serenity and tranquility become my serenity, my tranquility, so that I cannot tell where the Buddha stops and I start. I lose sight of what is me and what is Buddha, and can move through my life, doing there what needs to be done there the way it needs to be done the way only I can do it, but. Who is the “I” that is doing it? “I” have become “we”! It is as though the Buddha is doing it through me! And it may as well be that the Buddha is doing it for all the difference it makes between me and the Buddha.

And the Christ comes alive through me in exactly the same way. I am me, and I am the Buddha, and I am the Christ. And the same thing applies to all of us throughout the world!
