Leads inevitably, eventually, over time, maybe centuries, to “What do we do now?” “What do we do now?” is best asked here, now, in every situation where “Out of sight, out of mind” could easily be asked. Do not put off the hard questions! Do not hide from the truth! BEAR THE PAIN!!! HERE, NOW!!! And do what is called for, when, where, and how it is called for. “Face the music.” “Bear the pain.” We will never find better advice anywhere, any time. This should be taught in kindergarten.
Just doing what is called for, where, when and how it is called for is living aligned with the Tao. It is doing the right thing, at the right time, in the right way, in the right place. It is the way, the truth and the life. It is all Jesus ever did. And he calls us to follow him. “Pick up your cross every day and come, follow me.” That is all there is to being a Christian, which has nothing whatsoever to do with believing anything. And is only concerned with being those who do what is called for in each situation as it arises, throughout the time left for living.
