How we see things is how we look at things. We disappear stress when how we see things is how things are with no idea of or concern for how things ought to be.
Stress is the willful concern for things to be different than they are. Stress-free is to be fine with how things are. Stress is the difference between how things are and how we want things to be, how we wish they were.
With no opinions, no preferences, no concerns, there is no stress. Living out of emptiness, stillness, silence (One thing, not three) is to live stress-free.
Stress is noise, disturbance, disruption, confusion, chaos.
Stress-free is “peaceful abiding, here, now.” (The Buddha).
