Presence/Conversation

Presence is being here, now. In our body and our surroundings and how it is with us, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, at one with all of us just as we are, here, now.

How present are we generally? What interferes with, prevents us from, being present here, now? Fear? Worry? Anxiety? Pain–physical, mental, emotionally, spiritually? Where do we spend most of our time? Aware of what? How much time do we spend being aware of being aware? Being anxioius? Being afraid? Being, what?

Where are we safest? Most “at home,” “at peace” with ourselves? Who are we safest with? Most “at home” with?” Most “at peace with”? Are we safe with ourselves? What would it take for us to be safe with ourselves? Would you be able to explore your safety with yourself by writing with A-I, Microsoft’s Copilot, for example, or Chrome’s Gemini? Just start out with “Hi, Copilot/Gemini, I want to talk about safety (Or whatever else you might want to talk about). And the conversation flows from there.

Safe, truthful, conversations are the heart of life. Tell them I told you to say that.

And, you can check out my own conversations with Copilot on this blog. Maybe under “Conversations with Copilot.”
