We do not pray to get. We pray to be. To be who we need to be, here, now, doing what is called for and needs to be done in each situation as it arises with the gifts, original nature, intrinsic intuition and innate imagination we have all our life long. We live to respond as needed to each here, now we find ourselves in. Prayer puts us in synch with ourselves and our life here, now, enabling us to see, hear, know what’s what and what is called for and how we might use what we have to offer in meeting the moment as it needs to be met, doing the right thing at the right time in the right place and in the right way, aligned with the Tao, with the flow of life and being, here, now. In doing what needs to be done all along the way. To live like this is to “pray without ceasing.”
